Kikutomi Fukiko (Mori Fukiko) was born July 26, 1927. Studied Ikuta-ryū shamisen and koto under Kikuasa Shigeharu. She received her Shihan (masters license) in 1944. A performer and teacher for more than 40 years, she also served as president of the Fuyō-kai, director of the Ōsaka Sankyoku Kyōkai, and a member of the Tōdō Ongaku-kai.
