Born 1927

Born in Ayabe City, February 2, 1927, Saitō Yoshiko studied Ikuta-ryū shamisen and koto under Kurabe Haruko (Ikuyama Yukiko lineage).
She started teaching in 1949 and was affiliated with the Sōmei Ongaku-kai and Tōdō Ongaku-kai.
