Sakakibara Tatsuo

Born in Ise City, October 2, 1918, Sakakibara Tatsuo studied Arita-ryū shamisen and koto under Tamagawa Teijirō and Miyagi Michio, earning his teaching credentials in 1939. He was a teacher at Mie Prefectural School for the Blind in 1954 as well as a council member of the Miyagi-kai.
