Shimizu Chikasumi

Shimizu Chikasumi (Shimizu Michiko) was born in Tokyo August 16, 1937. She studied Ikuta-ryū shamisen and koto under Yonekawa Kin'o, Chikatoshi, and Toshiko, earning her teaching license in 1956. She was the head of the Kuo-kai and a member of the Kensō-kai.
