Sugita Shizuno

Born in Tokyo, November 15, 1942, Sugita Shizuno (Sugita Yōko) studied Yamada-ryū shamisen and koto under Matsushita Sakiteru and Ueno Juen. She began teaching in 1969, and was an executive member of the Sōyū-kai.
