Seki Hōin
関 鳳韻

Born in Shizuoka Prefecture, February 11, 1929, Seki Hōin (Seki Setsuko) studied Yamada-ryū koto and shamisen under Abiko Shōhō and began teaching in 1958. She was the director of the Rakufu-kai, president of the Hōin-kai, and a council member of the Nihon Sankyoku Kyōkai.
