Tamura Sachiko

Tamura Sachiko was born in Tokyo, April 15, 1934. She studied Ikuta-ryū koto and shamisen under Furuya Tomizō and Furuya Yasue, earning her teaching credentials in 1956. She was a graduate of the 4th class of the NHK Hōgaku Music Skills Training course and a member of the Hōyū-kai.
