Born in Hyōgo Prefecture, November 12, 1935, Nakatoku Eishū (Tamaki Tokiko) studied Ikuta-ryū koto and shamisen under Nakafumi Eikin. She was head of the Higashi-Osaka branch of the Eikin-kai.
