Kudō Kazue

Born September 12, 1926 in Shizuoka Prefecture, Kudō Kazue studied shamisen and koto under Hosoki Shizui of the Yamada School and Miyagi Michio of the Ikuta School. She began teaching in 1954. A member of the Miyagi-kai, she was a teacher and performer for more than 40 years.
