Tsukada Hidese (Tsukada Fusae) was born February 15, 1922 in Tokyo. She studied Yamada-ryū koto under Yamase Shoin II. She graduated from the second class of the NHK Japanese Music Skills Training Association in 1958. She began her teaching career in 1952. Tsukada Hidese was the head of the Senbo-kai, and affiliated with the Seiin-kai.
