Tamura Seisui

Born October 24th, 1921 in Mie Prefecture, Tamura Seisui (Tamura Heiji) studied Kinko-ryū shakuhachi under Uchiyama Kadō and Satō Seibi. He started teaching in 1959. He belonged to the Bifū-kai and was the head of the Uji branch of the association.
