Eldest son of Nōtomi Judō I. 1973 Designated as Nōtomi Judō II (NOTE: According to the Domon-kai website, Nōtomi Haruhiko was informally given the title of Judō II in 1968, a year before his premature death in 1969. Domon-kai lists him as Nōtomi Judō II and his brother, Tetsuo, as Nōtomi Judō III.)
