Tomita Seihō

Born in Nagoya, November 19, 1945, Tomita Seihō (Ishida Kazuo) studied Ikuta-ryū koto and shamisen under Tomiyama Seikin I, earning his teaching license in 1965. He was a council member of the Nihon Sankyoku Kyōkai and president of the Seiwa-kai.
