Sasaki Hōyō

Sasaki Hōyō (Sasaki Eiko) was born March 27, 1943 in Osaka. She studied Ikuta-ryū shamisen and koto under Nakamura Sōyō I, earning her masters license (Shihan) in 1969. She was a member of the Technical Staff for the Hōgaku Department at the Osaka Municipal School for the Blind.
