Takahama Junko

Takahama Junko was born in Kumamoto Prefecture, April 10, 1910. She studied Ikuta-ryū koto and shamisen under Yagi Tomi, Matsumoto Misa, and Takano Kayo. She began teaching in 1967. She was a member of the Kumamoto Koto Musicians Association and president of the Satogen-kai.
