Nagayama Fumisae (Nagayama Emiko) was born March 17, 1915. She graduated from the 7th class of the NHK Ikusei-kai and began teaching in 1959. She was a member of the Sōchō-kai and a council member of the Nihon Sankyoku Kyōkai.
