Born January 14, 1920, Nakamisa Eisen (Kawanishi Misako) studied Ikuta-ryū koto and shamisen under Nakafumi Eikin. She was an advisor to the Eikin-kai, head of the Suita branch, and a councillor of the Osaka Sankyoku Kyōkai.
