Born in Hyōgo Prefecture, September 17, 1921, Nakafuki Eiyū (Yamashita Hiromi) studied Ikuta-ryū koto and shamisen under Nakafumi Eikin. She was an advisor to the Eikin-kai, as well as a councillor of the Osaka Sankyoku Kyōkai.
