Mori Matsusei (Mori Matsuko) was born November 8, 1925 in Tokyo. She studied Yamada-ryū koto and shamisen under Seki Kikusei and Ishizaki Chizusei (Yamasei lineage). She started teaching in 1941. She was a member of the Mitsuwa-kai.
