Fukushima Toshie

Fukushima Toshie was born July 20, 1923 in Maebashi City. She studied Ikuta-ryū koto and shamisen under Miyagi Michio, Hanabusa Emiko, and Fukushima Hōyū, earning her Shihan (master teacher license) in 1951. She belonged to the Miyagi-kai.
