Shimamura Masao

Born January 13, 1922, Shimamura Masao (Shimamura Ikuyoko) studied Yamada-ryū shamisen and koto under Uehara Masaki II. She received her teaching credentials in 1955. She was the director of the Mamarokoto-kai and a council member of the Nihon Sankyoku Kyōkai.
