Tominari Seijo

In 1942, Tominari Seijo (Shiiki Masumi) became a student of Ikuta-ryū koto and shamisen master Mizuno Hanako. She became a full-time student of Tomiyama Seikin I in 1963. In 1965, she received the artist name Seijo and, in 1978, she was given the surname Tominari. She was a master teacher of the Seion-kai.
