Kosuge Myōju

Kosuge Myōju (Kosuge Seigen) was born April 15, 1914 in Niigata prefecture. He studied Kinko-ryū shakuhachi under Yoshida Seifū and Eguchi Kendō. He started teaching in 1949. He belonged to the Joetsu branches of the Mifū-kai and Judō-kai.
