Tominobu Seika

Born in Nagoya, January 27th, 1914, Tominobu Seika (Yasunaga Nobuko) studied Ikuta-ryū koto and shamisen under Tomiyama Seikin I. With a career spanning more than 50 years, she was a member of the Seion-kai, head of the Koei-kai, and was an advisor to the Nihon Sankyoku Kyōkai.
