Noda Shūkin
野田秀琴

Born in Okayama Prefecture, June 18, 1910, Noda Shūkin (Noda Hideko) studied Ikuta-ryū koto and shamisen under Watanabe Kengyō and Hagiwara Seigin. She started teaching in 1927 and was a councillor of the Kyoto Tōdō-kai. She was active as a performer and teacher for more than 50 years.
