Born in Ehime Prefecture 1918. Graduated from the Hiroshima School for the Blind. Studied Ikuta Ryū koto with Miyagi Michio.Became a professor at Osaka College of Music and Director of Miyagi Koto Association. Executive Director of Osaka Sankyoku Kai.
