Tsuzuka Yuriko (Shinozuka Yuriko) was born in Kōbe, October 6, 1919.
She studied Ikuta-ryū koto and shamisen under Tsuda Yoneko, earning her teaching credentials in 1944.
She was affiliated with the Osaka Kotonae-kai.
