Tōgō Kasui

Born in Kagoshima Prefecture, November 22, 1922, Tōgō Kasui (Tōgō Hisa) studied Ikuta-ryū koto and shamisen under Kusuda Kashū. She started teaching in 1960 and was affiliated with the Chikushi-kai.
