Matsuura Tamahisaho (Matsuura Fusako) was born August 19, 1943 in Saitama Prefecture. She studied Ikuta-ryū koto and shamisen under Sakamoto Tsutomu and Sakamoto Kuniko. She started teaching in 1967 and belonged to the Tamako-kai.
