Tsutsui Shunpū (Tsutsui Akihiro) Born November 7, 1940 in Kochi Prefecture. He studied Kinko-ryū shakuhachi under Uchida Genpū and began teaching in 1971. He was a member of the Kitamido branch of the Bifū-kai, and was the deputy director of the public relations department.
